The Skeeter Beaters work great! This makes buggy summer evenings so much more enjoyable.
I bought mine off of ebay around a year ago for an extended Amazon basin adventure that I am currently on in Brazil, I have purchased and used the cheap ones and the difference between the two is night and day! The Mr. Mocks quality is EXTREMELY good, this thing will take whatever the jungle throws at you and still remain in pristine condition. The Mr. Mocks compared to the cheap lookalikes on ebay and amazon is like comparing a heavy duty military rain poncho to one of those $1 plastic disposable rain ponchos from Walmart or the dollar store. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 💯, on a 5 star scale I'd give it another 💯! Spend the extra money for one of these, you won't regret it!
